SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Proposed method comprises steps of: selection of proposed treatment sowing machine and proposed harvester; determining, based on the limitation of the treatment sowing machine, the time or distance required by the treatment sowing machine to change the dosing application rate, determining time or distance required for collection of agricultural resources with passage through harvesting machine, determining minimum processing area, based on a certain time or distance to change application rates and time or distance required for collection of agricultural resources, determining the separate area of the test section by multiplying the minimum processing area by a given number of processing modes and the number of repetitions of a given number of processing modes, determining proposed route of selected prospective cultivating machine through agricultural land, determining marking of test section on agricultural land, based on the intended path of the selected prospective seeding machine, random distribution of spatial position of each repeated treatment mode and batching, based on a certain separate area of the test section.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase crop capacity with measurement of agronomic return on application of resources on the treated area.
