FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and is used in electric power systems. Reactors (5) serve for stabilization of mains voltage (1) and are controlled by change of current of exciters (6). Internal current control circuit is implemented by means of current sensors (4) and regulators (9). Outer circuit for maintaining network parameter (voltage, reactive power, current) is formed by sensor (2) and common controller (8) and maintains the parameter at the level set by setpoint unit (7).

EFFECT: new is introduction of non-linearity unit between controller (8) output and current controller input into one or both channels (to channel insensitivity zone), which reduces the level of higher harmonics of current.
