FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to the measurement of the parameters of controlled shunt reactors. Output of the averager is connected with a frequency controller and by phase voltage regulators, to the inputs of which the setpoint block, voltage sensors and the phase angle calculator of this phase are connected. In addition, voltage regulators can be connected to the control inputs by FI voltage through current regulators, the second input connected to current sensors. Device for testing controlled shunt reactors (CSR) is equipped resonantly with an averager of the phase angle of the FI, connected input to the outputs of the phase angle calculators.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the energy losses due to the simplification of control.
