FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, in particular, to open-pit mining of minerals. For this purpose, in the base of the formed dump there created is a mine with a waterproofing layer, it is filled with mine mass prepared for leaching, which is also waterproofed and the dump is dumped over this mine working. To facilitate further development of technogenic deposit, wells with casing pipes installed in them are drilled from dump surface to supply working solution and further pumping of productive solution. Besides, for more reliable isolation of anthropogenic deposit from environment, accelerated reclamation of covering dump is performed.

EFFECT: creation of an industrial deposit together with formation of a mine dump of the maximum capacity and stability, and also increase of ecological safety of mine works and maximum extraction of a useful component at the subsequent leaching of the created technogenic deposit.
