SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a device and to a method for mixing, in particular for dispersion. Device 1 for mixing, in particular, dispersion comprises housing 2 with at least one inlet 3. Device comprises first process zone 4 for mixing fed substances, wherein substances can be conducted through at least one inlet opening 3 into first process zone 4. Device further comprises second process zone 5 to divert mixture to outlet 6. Besides, the device comprises the first gap-forming element 7, preferably the rotor, which is connected to the first process zone 4 and has holes 8, and also the second gap-forming element 9, preferably, the stator, which is connected to the second process zone 5 and is matched with first gap-forming element 7, wherein second gap-forming element 9 has holes 10. At least, one of gap-forming elements 7, 9, preferably, the rotor relative to the other gap-forming element 7, 9 is made with possibility of rotation around axis of rotation 11. Holes 8 of the first gap-forming element 7 and holes 10 of the second gap-forming element 9 are arranged so that mixture of fed substances through holes 8, 10 in both forming elements 7, 9 can be carried from first process zone 4 to second process zone 5.
EFFECT: technical result is providing high cross-country capacity of material and reduced probability of clogging or deposition during passage of substance.
