FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for production of spunbonded non-woven materials from at least one spinneret with at least one cooling device, at least one puller and with at least one accumulator device for threads. Between the pulling device and the accumulating device there is at least one diffuser, so that threads and primary air get from the pulling device into the diffuser. In the zone of at least one diffuser there are at least two diffusers located on opposite sides of inlet diffuser for secondary air. At least one inlet gap for secondary air is made so that secondary air enters at an angle α entering the thread passage direction FS, wherein said angle α occurrences less than 100°. Provided is exhaust device for air pumping through accumulating device. Located below diffuser outlet zone of exhaust zone has width b in direction along machine direction, which is more than width B of diffuser outlet.
EFFECT: disclosed is a device for making spunbonded nonwoven materials from filaments.
