SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Disclosed is a method of forming an individual food ration during microbiota transplantation, involving obtaining data on the composition of intestinal microbiota of a plurality of recipients and potential donors by metagenomic sequencing of their feces samples, determining a relative microorganism and biomarkers of diseases in the recipient and potential donor metagenome, selecting a donor recipient and forming a list of products recommended for consumption, probiotics and food additives for the recipient based on the obtained data on the representation of microorganisms and biomarkers of the diseases in the found donor microbiota.
EFFECT: said method provides higher accuracy of formation of foods recommended for consumption and food additives for recipient.
