The complex includes reagents for the isolation of nucleic acids from a test sample, a kit for metaprofiling regions of 16s rRNA genes selected for variable regins V3-V4 for metagenomic analysis, a kit for targeted enrichment of toxin genes by PCR, a kit for targeted enrichment of toxin genes by hybridization, a set of magnetic particles for the purification of PCR products and the isolation of biotinylated objects from solutions, a set of adapters for sample multiplexing and reagents for preparing samples for sequencing, as well as software.

EFFECT: invention provides for efficient processing of the sample with the implementation of direct integration of the results obtained into the information network.
