FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and is a set of synthetic oligonucleotides for identifying marker regions of bacteria genes and archaea from the human intestinal microbiota. New method of profiling the individual's intestinal microbiota is developed and experimentally tested. Method is based on a semi-quantitative and qualitative determination of the representatives of prokaryotic taxa, which have the described association with various human pathologies and are most represented in the human intestinal microbiota. Set includes oligonucleotides specific to and capable of hybridizing with fragments of the 16S rRNA genes indicated in the description of bacterial and archaea taxa.

EFFECT: set allows to increase the accuracy and speed of detection of microorganisms potentially responsible for human diseases.
