SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology, specifically TRAIL receptor protein agonists, and can be used in medicine for antitumour treatment. Protein includes a dimer of two polypeptides comprising three soluble TRAIL domains fused through peptide linkers, and an Fc domain of the antibody which is fused to the C-terminus of the third soluble TRAIL domain through a looped linker element. Two polypeptides can be covalently bonded through three inter-chain disulphide bonds formed between cysteine residues 513, 519 and 522 of each polypeptide. Residues of asparagine in positions 168 and 337 of polypeptide (s) are N-glycosylated, and N-terminal glutamine polypeptide (s) is modified into pyroglutamate.

EFFECT: invention enables producing TRAIL receptor protein agonists with reduced aggregation.
