FIELD: computer equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to automated systems of goods trade and provision of services, in particular, to selling, leasing, charging and recycling external accumulators of mobile devices. Desired technical result is achieved in a device comprising means for sending and receiving external accumulators of mobile devices, as well as information display arranged in the terminal, service payment means and a control controller connected to the information display and service payment means, wherein devices for dispensing and receiving external accumulators of mobile devices are made in the form of cells for accumulators, which are arranged inside the terminal housing, are connected in control circuits to the control controller and equipped with means of identifying accumulators, wherein each of accumulator cells is made in the form of rectangular box with storage recess, wherein front part of rectangular box is equipped with movable curtain with controlled drive to provide possibility of stacking and extraction of accumulator into box by signals from control controller.

EFFECT: wider range of technical means which can be used in providing service services by broader functional capabilities of the device for selling and charging accumulators of external devices by providing the possibility of automated leasing of accumulators (hire).
