A cell is proposed for a station for issuing, receiving, servicing and accounting for portable chargers, interfaced with the station through an interface connection, receiving commands from the station, while the port hole of the internal cavity of the cell is closed with a sealed door, and the cell contains spring-loaded contacts, one part of which is intended for charging portable chargers, and the other part is interface, providing the ability to identify portable chargers and collect information accumulated by portable chargers, the ability to configure the programmable logic of the operation of portable chargers, and the cell is equipped with a system for moving the portable charger into or out of the cell.
