SUBSTANCE: band (10) comprises elongated belt (12) with fixed end area (14) and free end area (16), as well as scraper (18) made for connection with possibility of disengagement with areas of fixed and free ends in position of non-tension tightening of band and fixation of fixed and free ends areas in tightened closed position of band, in which the free end of the free end area overlaps the free end of the fixed end area, scraper (18) comprises the first anchor part (24) fixedly fixed in the free end area (16), the second anchor part (26) made for engagement with the possibility of disengagement with holes (28) made in fixed end area, as well as locking mechanism (30) connected with possibility of rotation with first and second anchor parts and made with possibility of movement of the first anchor part towards the second anchor part in order to transfer band from position of non-tension tightening in tightened closed position.
