FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises coupling element and wrench with lever for turning said coupling element. Coupling element may turn. Wrench and coupling element are jointed together by coupling device. Wrench may turn relative to coupling element about turn axis (Y-Y'). Said turn axis (Y-Y') is located perpendicular to coupling element twist axis (X-X'). Wrench may turn coupling element about twist axis (X-X') in direction of tightening or easing. Also, said wrench may turn free relative to coupling element about axis (X-X') through 170° to 340° in direction opposite that of tightening. After locking the coupling element in termination of tightening job, wrench may set lever into position perpendicular to axis (X-X') by turning about said axis without removing the wrench from fixed position.
EFFECT: faster operation.
