FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to insulators used in pharmaceutical manufacture or research or in preparation of medicines in hospitals. Protective chamber comprises two compartments (21, 22) and sealing system between two compartments. Sealing system (16; 23, 30) comprises door (23) with available two opposite surfaces (23a, 23b). On one of the door surfaces there is transfer holder (30). According to the invention, the door can be in two closed positions different from each other, wherein in said positions the door forms a gas-impermeable contact surface between two compartments.
EFFECT: invention provides protection of personnel/products against cross contamination by chemical and microbiological contaminants without disturbing the environment.
