FIELD: ATMs.
SUBSTANCE: shutter mechanism and a device for receiving and dispensing banknotes are described. The shutter mechanism contains a frame, a leading door and a driven door; moreover, the frame is equipped with a hole; both the driving door and the driven door are pivotally connected to the frame by means of a hinge axis, the driving door and the driven door are coaxial with respect to the hinge axis, and the driving door is rotated to rotate the driven door in order to open or close the opening; when the driving door is in the first position and the driven door is in the second position, the driving door and the driven door are arranged sequentially along the circumferential direction of the hinge axis, and the driving door and the driven door jointly cover the opening; when the driving door is in the third position and the driven door is in the fourth position, the driving door and the driven door are offset from the hole and stacked on top of each other, and the hole is open.
