FIELD: monitoring technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sheet material location monitoring technologies, in particular of the banknotes in the course of their automatic processing. Disclosed is fact of the banknotes falling out and their location in the automatic banknotes processing system unauthorized zone automatic determination method. Before the automatic banknotes processing system operation starting, taking a picture or pictures of the system working area individual parts, taking pictures upon completion of each banknotes processing operation. Comparing them with the original picture or pictures, and if the difference in the pictures is found during their comparison, sending the corresponding signal to the operator.
EFFECT: expansion of the technical means range for the automatic determination of the fact of banknotes falling out and their location in the system unauthorized zone.
