SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communication engineering. Provided is a device comprising: a first transmission processing unit, generating sequences of transmission signals of a plurality of power levels to be multiplexed using power distribution; and a second transmission processing unit which processes the power level transmission signal sequence using the interleaving device, scrambler or phase coefficient corresponding to said power level for each of one or more of the plurality of power levels.

EFFECT: high accuracy of decoding a desired signal when multiplexing/multi-access is carried out using power distribution.
