FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. To this end, the control device includes a communication unit configured to communicate with a radio communication device of a radio communication system, in which communication is possible using multiple access schemes, including at least one access scheme from: a multiple access scheme using orthogonal resources, and a multiple access scheme using non-orthogonal resources, and a control unit configured to allocate resources related to access circuits to be used by the radio communication device.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in transmission capacity of channels.
