SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-orthogonal multiple access technology, which is considered as a radio access technology for fifth generation (5G) mobile communication system. Device includes: a processing unit configured to apply a second constellation corresponding to the position of the symbol of the first bit string in the first constellation applied to the first bit string, to a second bit string with respect to a plurality of bit lines for multiplexing for each transmission signal sequence to be multiplexed in resource blocks for which at least a portion of the frequency resources or time resources is overlapped.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of decoding in case of multiplexing/multiple access using non-orthogonal resources.
