SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to X-ray endovascular interventions. Pulsating hematoma or false access artery aneurysm is achieved by infiltration of surrounding tissues of postpunctional pulsating hematoma or false artery aneurysm by tumescent anaesthesia technique. That is followed by puncture and aspiration with blood syringe from postpunctional pulsating hematoma or false aneurysm until complete absence of blood flow in cavity of hematoma or aneurysm in colour Doppler mapping, before postpunctional pulsating hematoma walls or false aneurysm collapse without subsequent application of pressure bandage.

EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of developing complications ensured by combined action on postpunctional pulmonary hematoma or postpunctional false aneurysm, reduced length of treatment, increased frequency of thrombosis of false aneurysm or postpunctional throbbing hematoma.
