The femoral vein is cannulated in the middle segment of the thigh under ultrasound guidance, which is necessary to visualize the target cannulation area and confirm entry into the vessel lumen. Then one should use a wire guide and confirm on a fluoroscopic basis that the inferior vena cava is reached.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to activate patients as early as possible after the intervention, to significantly facilitate the early postoperative period.
