FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to screw propulsion units. Auger propulsor comprises two pairs of padding parallel helical rotors, in each of which each screw ridge is installed in cavity of paired rotor, made according to the law of cycloidal toothed gearing with the same pitch at opposite direction of helical spiral coiling. All rotors are made of elastic material. Side rotors of each pair are made with rectangular-circular shape of stiffness ribs and are equipped with side rotors turn mechanism relative to internal rotors by angle of up to 45°.
EFFECT: possibility of moving both on hard road surfaces and weakly-bearing soils.
