FIELD: transportation; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering, in particular to non-road transport equipment, and can be used as a propulsor in wheelchairs to overcome staircases of common use. Screw propeller contains a cylindrical rotor with a screw crest. Helical crest is made multistart in one piece with a hollow cylindrical rotor between the crests of which the toothed belts are motionlessly fixed to the outer side of the rotor, protruding above the cylindrical rotor more than the helical crests. Belts have a rectangular and/or trapezoidal section.
EFFECT: increase in the throughput of the screw propeller is achieved.
