SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a strain of hybrid cultured animal cells Mus musculus 1F11PAL – producer of murine monoclonal antibodies specific to peptidoglycan-associated lipoprotein (PAL) Legionella pneumophila. Hybrid cell line 1F11PAL is produced by hybridisation of murine myeloma line Sp2/0-Ag14 with splenocytes of hyperimmune in relation to PAL of mice of BALB/c line is deposited in state collection of pathogenic microorganisms and cell cultures "GKPM-Obolensk" under number N-78.
EFFECT: invention provides specific detection of bacteria Legionella pneumophila and can be used in laboratory biological and medical research, for obtaining and producing diagnostic test systems capable of identifying legionellosis agents.
