FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a strain of hybrid cultured H.sapiens / Mus musculus 8D4E9-Ba-LF cells, which produces human monoclonal antibodies against lethal factor of anthrax. Strain is deposited in "GKPM-Obolensk", collection number N-79. Produced antibodies are capable of neutralizing the lethal toxin Bacillus anthracis on a cell model in vitro and in vivo when introducing into laboratory mice a lethal toxin Bacillus anthracis composed of recombinant proteins of a protective antigen and a lethal factor with previous passive immunization of the animals with the declared antibodies. Administration of antibodies increases survival rate of animals in passive immunization.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables producing monoclonal antibodies capable of neutralizing a lethal toxin of an anthrax agent which can be used further as passive protection of a human in case of infection or potential infection with anthrax.
