FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire extinguishing and fire-and-explosion prevention equipment, namely to a device which generates low- and medium-rate foam or atomized and dispersed water. Device comprises nozzles for supply of fire-extinguishing substance (FS) to mesh formation foam of medium magnification and sprayed water, foam formation barrel of low multiplicity and dispersed water, pipeline of FS supply to the device and connected to it pipeline of FS supply to injectors and pipeline of FS supply to the shaft. In connection point of pipelines there is a three-way valve with electric, pneumatic or hydraulic drive with possibility of connection to remote control system and possibility when switching its shut-off element to corresponding operating position of supply of FS from pipeline of supply of FS into device or simultaneously into nozzles and into barrel, or only into nozzles, or only into barrel for generation of foam of medium and low multiplicity or sprayed and dispersed water.
EFFECT: device provides rapid change of supply to the fire zone of various FS, possibility of remote control of the device and its automatic operation without the presence of operators directly in the extinguishing zone, which increases safety and efficiency of fire extinguishing and fire-and-explosion prevention.
