FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of formation of substances in a plastic state, and specifically to the technology of filling a viscous fluid medium cavities of a complex configuration in parts by centrifugation, and can be used to fill holes in critical parts, when pouring is a structural element and must keep high loads. Proposed method consists in preliminary filling of part cavity with solvent that does not interact with viscous fluid. Further, installation of vessel filled with viscous fluid medium is performed at combination of vessel outlet opening with filling hole in part and action on assembly by centrifugal force. An annular groove is made concentrically in the filling part in the part and radial grooves are communicated with the cavity. At that, radial slots are made with slope from cavity to annular groove. Amount of viscous fluid in reservoir is calculated taking into account volume of annular and radial slots.
EFFECT: invention allows excluding mechanical refinement of the part after filling the cavity with viscous medium and ensuring stably reliable sealing of the part.
