SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biochemistry. Tool for obtaining a microfluid chip preform, a method for producing a microfluidic chip preform, a microfluidic chip preparation, a microfluidic chip manufacturing method, and a microfluidic chip are proposed. Rig is made in the form of a two-piece part and is provided with an opening for casting the molding material. Both parts of the tooling are made with the possibility of forming, when they are joined, a cavity for placing the base of the workpiece and with the possibility of forming on the basis of a microfluidic system in a layer of a molding material, Inner surface of the first part of the tooling contains the corresponding topology of the microfluidic relief system. Method for producing the billet is carried out using a tooling and includes placing the billet base in the tooling cavity, pouring in the tooling of the molding material, centrifugation of the tooling, curing the molding material, and recovering the resulting preform. Method for manufacturing a microfluidic chip includes forming the preform in the above manner and fixing a plate of an optically transparent material on its surface from the side of the microfluidic system.
EFFECT: inventions provide simplification of the design of the rigging and manufacturing technology of the microfluidic chip, increasing the productivity and manufacturability of the chip making process.
