FIELD: printing and packing industry.
SUBSTANCE: gripping element (21; 22) of device for arrangement of sheet elements (10) in bar (31) with grips of conveyor (30) of processing machine (1) moves sheet elements (10) in longitudinal direction. Operating module (201, 202) actuates gripping element (21; 22). Frontal correction sensor module (7) determines frontal position of drive marks (12a) of sheet element (10) captured by gripping element (21; 22). Module (80) of sensors of preliminary frontal correction is located upstream in longitudinal direction relative to module (7) of front correction sensors. Module (80) of sensors of preliminary frontal correction detects passage of front transverse edge of sheet element (10) on longitudinally spaced transverse detection axes (P1, P2), one of which is located in front of the other one, and transmits the measurements to processing machine (1) calculation and control unit (40). Unit (40) for processing and controlling of processing machine (1) controls actuator module (201, 202) to move gripping element (21; 22) in direction of bar (31) with grips and activates gripping element (21, 22) for gripping sheet element (10). Invention also relates to a processing machine for processing sheet elements, comprising said registering device, and to a method of arranging sheet elements in a processing machine.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce probability of machine stop related to error of arrangement of sheet element exceeding tolerance limits.
