SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a unit with a heat power plant (WKA) and a multistage process compressor (MSC), the heat power plant (WKA) comprising: a pump (PMP), a boiler (BOI), a turbine (TRB) with a drive shaft (SD1) or dual power takeoff, condenser (CND), wherein first working medium (PF1) circulates in heat power plant (WKA), wherein process compressor (MSC) has at least step (ST1...STn) compressing second working medium (PF2), and at least cooler (IC1...ICn) downstream of the process stage (ST1...STn), which extracts from the second working medium at least first flow (QF1...QFn) of heat removed, wherein drive shaft (SD2) of process compressor (MSC) is mechanically coupled to drive shaft (SD1), thereby turbine (TRB) actuates process compressor (MSC). Disclosed is that heat power plant (WKA) has, at first working medium flow (PF1) between pump (PMP) and boiler (BOI), at least heater (PH1...PHn) supplying heat flow (PRF) into first working medium (PF1), wherein at least cooler (IC1...ICn) is connected to at least exchange pipeline (FCC) with a heat power plant (WKA) such that at least a portion of the flow of the removed heat (QF1) is supplied between the pump (PMP) and boiler (BOI) as heated flow (PRF) into first working medium (PF1). Also disclosed is method of operation of unit (A) with heat power plant (WKA) and multi-stage process compressor (MSC).
EFFECT: invention allows increasing efficiency factor of unit (A) of heat power plant (WKA) and process compressor (MSC).
