FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric machine engineering and can be used in making electric motors and generators. Electric machine comprises housing accommodating stator and rotor. Inner space of stator grooves is made in the form of honeycomb cells. Walls of cells are made of strong high-heat conductive insulating material. Conductor is placed in each separate cell, wherein cells are made with possibility of cooling liquid flowing through them.
EFFECT: higher reliability of electric machines due to protection against inter-turn short circuit, as well as higher efficiency of winding cooling.
