SUBSTANCE: protection device of electric machines comprising an electric machine with a three-phase winding on a stator, connected via a switch with an electromagnet drive of safety disconnection to an electric circuit, an excitation winding connected to an exciter equipped with a safety disconnection drive, a safety device connected to a drive of safety disconnection of a switch and an exciter, has a vibration detector installed on the electric machine body and connected to the input of the safety device, consisting of serially connected unit of comparing the oscillation amplitude with a reference value, amplifier and actuating mechanism connected into a supply circuit of an electromagnet drive of a safety disconnection drive of the switch and the exciter, according to the invention, comprises a protection element consisting of a switch with an electromagnet drive of safety disconnection of an electric machine from self-excitation capacitances, which is connected to the safety device, the actuation mechanism of which is connected into the power supply circuit of the drive of safety disconnection of the electric machine from self-excitation reservoirs.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of a safety device.
