FIELD: pulse engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulse equipment, namely to switching devices of power electric signals by means of semiconductor devices, and can be used in devices of conversion equipment or generation of short pulses, for example, laser equipment. Thyristor switch comprises driver, thyristor, capacitor, first and second resistors and bipolar transistor. Thyristor anode through load is connected to positive pole of power supply source, negative pole of which is connected to cathode of thyristor and to common pole of driver. Driver output is connected with thyristor control electrode. Emitter of bipolar transistor is connected to common pole of driver and negative pole of power supply source, collector is connected to control electrode of thyristor, and base through connected in series first resistor and capacitor is connected to positive pole of power supply source. A second resistor is connected between the base of the bipolar transistor and its emitter.
EFFECT: higher reliability of thyristor key operation in pulsed mode.
