SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and specifically to a heterocyclic compound of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where X is O or S; dotted line denotes double chemical bond; R1 is lower alkyl, which optionally has one substitute selected from group G1, C5cycloalkyl, or -low alkylene-(C3cycloalkyl); R2 and R5 are identical or different from each other and represent H or lower alkyl; R3 is -low alkylene-X3-lower alkyl, -lower alkylene-X3-lower alkylene-C3-4cycloalkyl, -lower alkylene-C3-4cycloalkyl, or -low alkylene-X3-C4cycloalkyl; X3 is O or S(O)n, where n is 0, 1 or 2; R4 is OH, NH2 or -O-lower alkyl, and R6 is H; or R4 and R6 are linked to form together with -C(=O)-CO-, to which they are attached, 2,2-di(lower alkyl)-4-oxo-1,3-dioxolane-5,5-diyl; group G1 consists of halogen and OH. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on the compound of formula (I), use of the compound of formula (I) and a method of treating nocturia.
