SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to indolin-2-one and 1,3-dihydro-pyrrolo[3,2-c]pyridine-2-one derivatives of general formula I, where Ar1 is phenyl, pyridinyl or pyrimidinyl; Ar2 is 5- or 6-member heteroaryl group containing 2 or 3 heteroatoms selected from N, O; R1 is hydrogen, C1-7-alkyl, halogen or C1-7-alkoxy; R2 is hydrogen or C1-7-alkyl; R3 is hydrogen, C1-7-alkyl, C1-7-alkyl substituted with hydroxy, cycloalkyl, oxetan-3-yl, pyridinyl, imidazolyl, pyrazolyl, pyrimidinyl, where rings are optionally substituted with C1-7-alkyl, or is -(CH2)3-S(O)2-cyclopropyl; X is CH; n is 1 or 2; as well as pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
