FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy of alloys, specifically to production of nickel-based alloys used for casting parts with monocrystalline structure, for example, turbine blades operating at temperatures of 1,050 °C and higher. Nickel refractory alloy for monocrystalline casting contains, wt.%: C 0.002–0.1; Cr 4.0–8.0; Co 6.0–12.0; W 3.0–8.0; Mo 4.0–8.0; Al 4.6–6.6; Ta 6.5–11.0; Hf 0.1–1.0; Re 1.0–3.0; Y 0.001–0.1; La 0.001–0.1; Ce 0.001–0.1; Si 0.01–0.2; Mn 0.01–0.2; B 0.005–0.03; Ni is the rest. Ratio of components is as follows: 15.4W – 0.9WTa + 28.8Re – 1.7TaRe ≥ (1.0W2 + 3.1ReW + 2.1Re2) ≥ 16.1W – 1.2WTa + 17.5Re – 1.3TaRe.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by heat resistance σ1001000 ≥ 270 MPa with specific weight of 8,84–8,86 g/cm3.
