SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rescue equipment on water. Individual rescue safety device is made of strong water-repellent transparent film and is capsule of vital space, which is limited by double wall, divided into non-communicating perimeter circular compartments, filled with compressed air from compressed air cylinder. Seat in the capsule has a hygienic "valve" allowing to use a hygienic package with a natural need. On external bottom part of device there are ballast pockets, which are necessary to maintain stable vertical position of capsule in case of commotion and simultaneously are water anchor, reducing rate of capsule movement in windy weather.

EFFECT: high reliability and protection when using an individual-rescue protective means.
