FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for isolating euglobales of a series of acyl floroglucinol-monoterpenes from eucalyptus bromide leaves. Method of extracting euglobales of a series of acyl floroglucinol-monoterpenes from eucalyptus bromide leaves, involving grinding eucalyptus leaf of a rod-shaped tree, extraction of ground raw material with an organic solvent, evaporation of the solvent, where the organic solvent used is a low-boiling liquid – perfluorobutane methyl ester with a feedstock : solvent ratio of 1:3.0–6.0 wt./vol., extraction of the material is carried out for 2–3 hours in a Soxhlet apparatus, the obtained extract is evaporated under vacuum at 40 °C to obtain the sum of euglobales of acyl floroglucinol-monoterpenes.
EFFECT: disclosed method increases output of euglobales from a series of acyl floroglucinol-monoterpenes from eucalyptus bromate leaves, which does not require special and complex equipment.
