FIELD: chemistry; technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a solvent regeneration method, in which the final stage of solvent recovery from solutions of dewaxed oils, wax cakes, paraffins, filtration of deoiling in dewaxing, deoiling and combined dewaxing-deoiling processes is carried out in stripping columns, in which nitrogen is released to reduce partial pressure of solvent components, along with creation in these vacuum columns by a liquid annular vacuum pump (in which the working liquid is a cooled solvent used at the plant), which is pumped out a cooled mixture of nitrogen and solvent vapors after preliminary separation of partially condensed solvent vapors from it. At that, steam-gas mixture from stripping columns is cooled in heat exchanger, then is supplied to separator, from which part of condensed solvent vapors is removed, and a mixture of nitrogen with non-condensed solvent vapor is fed to receive a liquid ring vacuum pump, a stream at the outlet of which is a mixture of nitrogen with non-condensed solvent and liquid solvent vapor is directed to the absorber separation zone, where separation of liquid solvent, separated vapor-gas mixture is purified from non-condensed solvent vapors on contact devices of absorber with cooled flow of dewaxed oil, purified nitrogen from the upper part of the absorber after nitrogen pumping from the power supply system of the plant is directed to the stripping columns, forming a nitrogen circulation circuit, and the stream from the bottom part of the absorber is supplied for regeneration of the solvent for its separation from dewaxed oil.

EFFECT: disclosed method reduces amount of nitrogen fed from plant feed line and amount of cold solvent providing implementation of proposed method.
