FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of regenerating a solvent in processes of oil dewaxing, deoiling of paraffins, in which the final stage of solvent evaporation from solutions of dewaxed oil, slack, paraffin, deoiling filtrate is carried out in vacuum stripping columns with nitrogen supply to them. Steam-gas mixture from the stripping columns is cooled with separation of nitrogen, and subsequent absorption purification of nitrogen with dewaxed oil from non-condensed solvent components, and returning nitrogen to the stripping columns. Vacuum is also created in the ketone azeotrope evaporation column with supply of nitrogen to the bottom of the column, the vapour-gas mixture from this column is cooled with separation of the condensed part of the flow. Nitrogen with non-condensed solvent vapours is fed together with the steam-gas mixture from the stripping columns for cooling, separation from the condensed part of the stream, after absorption cleaning with dewaxed oil from non-condensed solvent components, nitrogen is returned to the stripping columns and the ketone azeotrope evaporation column.
EFFECT: exclusion of additional water supply to the process, reduction of power consumption of the process.
