SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for regenerating a solvent comprising a mixture of methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) and toluene in dewaxing and de-oiling processes. In the method of the present invention, the final stage of solvent recovery from solutions of dewaxed oils, gahees, paraffins, de-oiling filtrates in the processes of dewaxing, de-oiling and combined dewaxing-de-oiling processes is carried out in stripping columns, in which nitrogen is supplied to reduce the partial pressure of the solvent components, along with the creation in these columns of vacuum by evacuating a pre-cooled mixture of nitrogen and solvent vapors by a liquid-ring vacuum pump, in which the working (shutter) liquid is the cooled solvent used in the installation. Gas-liquid mixture after the vacuum pump is fed to the separator from which the separated inert gas enters the unit and the solvent is directed to the mixer-separator, where it is mixed with the vapor-gas mixture from stripping columns with partial condensation of solvent vapors from this mixture, a solvent condensed from a vapor-gas mixture of stripping columns, mixed with a solvent fed to the mixer-separator by a pump, forms a stream of solvent that is diverted to the solvent circulation system at the plant, and the cooled vapor-gas mixture separated in the mixer-separator enters the vacuum pump.

EFFECT: proposed method allows the solvent to be regenerated using a simplified technology.
