FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of regenerating a solvent from solutions of dewaxed oils, gaoys, paraffin waxes, defilements filtrates in dewaxing processes, deoiling and combined dewaxing-deoiling processes by distillation of solvent in series-connected distillation columns with temperature increase of streams, from which solvent is extracted, with subsequent supply of said streams to stripping columns, in which desorbent is supplied to reduce partial pressure of solvent components, wherein vacuum is created in said columns by pumping out the desorbent mixture and solvent vapors with a vacuum pump. Desorbent used is a mixture of nitrogen with oxygen, concentration of which in desorbent is 0.1–5.0 wt. %, and the pumped mixture of desorbent and solvent vapors is further purified from the solvent or by compressing said mixture with subsequent cooling with solvent loss or separation, or by compressing the mixture and absorbing solvent vapors therefrom.
EFFECT: disclosed method simplifies the regeneration process and improves the environmental situation by reducing nitrogen emissions containing solvent vapors.
