FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to integration of processing of crude oil into light olefins, aromatic compounds, synthetic gas and valuable chemical products. Method comprises: (i) adding crude oil to a desalination plant to produce a desalted crude oil; (ii) directing the desalted crude oil to a pre-fractionation column for separating the desalted crude oil into a lighter hydrocarbon material boiling below 200 °C, a hydrocarbon boiling in range of 200 to 370 °C, and a heavier hydrocarbon material boiling above 370 °C; (iii) directing the lighter hydrocarbon material into the naphtha cracking unit to obtain a highly aromatic gasoline stream; (iv) sending the heavier hydrocarbon material boiling above 370 °C from the pre-fractionating column to the delayed coking unit, wherein the hydrocarbon material boiling above 370 °C undergoes a thermal cracking reaction to obtain gaseous products containing LPG, lighter final materials boiling in the range of naphtha, a gas oil stream of coking and solid petroleum coke; (v) directing hydrocarbons boiling in range of 200 to 370 °C from the preliminary fractionating column to the highly rigid catalytic cracking unit, wherein hydrocarbons boiling in range of 200 to 370 °C undergo a catalytic cracking reaction, producing a stream of clarified oil, gaseous products containing LPG, light recycle gas oil product and lighter products boiling in the range of naphtha; (vi) directing gaseous products containing LPG from delayed coking unit and gaseous products containing LPG produced from high-rigidity catalytic cracking unit to olefin recovery section for producing light olefins; (vii) directing the highly aromatic gasoline stream produced from the naphtha cracking unit and the light recycle gas oil product from the high-rigidity catalytic cracking unit to the aromatic compounds recovery section for extracting aromatic products; and (viii) directing solid petroleum coke obtained in a delayed coking unit to a coke gasification plant, where it is converted to synthetic gas, wherein the synthetic gas is fed into the chemical production section to obtain valuable chemicals, including methanol and light olefins. Invention also relates to the device.
EFFECT: use of the present invention enables to obtain lighter valuable hydrocarbon products.
