FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of anode coke, in particular to a system for producing anode coke, where method of delayed coking is used. System comprises: (a) fractionating column (19) with screening tray (30) as separator between inlet points of stream (31) of vaporous products and stream (18) of preheated starting material near bottom part of fractionating column (19), wherein inlet point of steam products stream (31) is located above injection point of stream (18) of preheated starting material, and wherein screening tray (30) separates stream (31) of vaporous products from stream (18) of preheated raw material; (b) furnace (21) for initiation of thermal cracking of mixture (20) of internal recirculation flow and fresh starting material to obtain stream (22) of hot starting material; (c) coke drums (23) for converting thermally cracked materials into a stream of vaporous products (24) and anode coke. System does not require a quenching column between the coke drums and the fractionation column, and the system operates at low recirculation ratio in range of 1.01 to 1.20.

EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of method of obtaining, corresponding to technical conditions, anode coke.
