FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to treatment of hydrocarbon residues, particularly relates to conversion of material based on hydrocarbon residues with maximum extraction of lighter hydrocarbons. Integrated method of coking and deasphalting with a solvent involves: (a) feeding raw material [1] selected from tar, fuel oil, shale oil, coke tar, clarified oil, residual oil, heavy wax distillate, oil which is recovered during paraffin waxing, off-grade oil or mixture of hydrocarbons, into the cube of fractionating column [2], where it is mixed with internal recycle fraction to obtain mixed material [3] extracted from fractionation column cube; (b) directing mixed material [3] to extractor [4], where it is mixed with solvent [5] selected from a group consisting of hydrocarbons with 3–7 carbon atoms and mixtures thereof, with respect to solvent [5] to mixed feed [3], which is in range from 2:1 to 50:1, to produce stream [6] of pitch containing asphaltene fraction removed from extractor cubes, and mainly paraffin stream [10] containing deasphalted oil and solvent removed from extractor top part; (c) passing stream [6] of pitch into stripper [7] to dissolve pitch to obtain solid pitch stream [8] and solvent; (d) heating solid-pitch stream [8] in furnace [16] to coking temperature to obtain hot pitch stream [17]; (e) transfer of hot-pitch stream [17] to one of plurality of coke drums [18, 19], where it is subjected to thermal cracking reaction to obtain hydrocarbon vapors [20] and coke; (f) passing hydrocarbon vapors [20] into fractioning column [2] to obtain a product fraction.

EFFECT: high degree of extraction of products and maximum conversion of raw material from hydrocarbon residues with minimal effect on properties of liquid products.
