METHOD OF ENSURING ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF MAIN GAS TRANSPORT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC F17D1/02

FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to energy saving technologies of main gas transport. Essence of invention: for main gas transportation in control parameters calculation unit, main section gas main section model is formed, consisting of head compressor station, linear compressor station and line section of main gas line. According to the specified algorithm, the equivalent length of the linear section is determined, internal energy of the gas flow compressed in the cavity of the linear section of the main gas line is calculated. For head compressor station energy balance is formed, consisting of total energy costs, providing transportation of gas with preset design parameters, including gas compression capacity in compressors of gas transfer units, gas cooling capacity and oil for maintaining gas temperature in preset limits at the inlet of the main gas line linear section and oil temperature in lubricating system of gas transfer units. Energy expenditure calculated for head compressor station are compared with internal energy of gas flow compressed in cavity of linear section of main gas line. For basic section of main gas pipeline according to specified algorithm there determined are parametric indices of energy and technological efficiency of main gas transport, including specific resistance to losses of gas energy on linear section of main gas line. Values of energy efficiency indicators of the main section of the main gas line are used as parametric criteria for ensuring energy efficiency of main gas transport for existing and/or projected main gas pipelines. Indicator of energy and technological efficiency of the linear section of the main gas line and indicators of energy and technological efficiency of the compressor station, formed in the automatic control system of the compressor station for the model of the main section of the main gas line, parametric criteria of integrated assessment of energy efficiency of main gas transport and automatic control of operation modes of main gas line are adopted.

EFFECT: technical result is increase of gas turbine main technological efficiency.
