FIELD: water and air purification technology.

SUBSTANCE: device relates to apparatus for purifying industrial waste water from contaminants and can be used in machine building, instrument making, petrochemistry, construction industry and other industries. Combined separator for waste water purifying contains a rectangular cross-section spiral channel made in the form of a cone turned with a top with a discharge branch pipe downwards, having movable plates with slots on the outer side of the spiral and movable chambers at the output of the discharge channel. Inside the spiral channel in front of the slots there is a limiting plate which is equidistant to the wall of the spiral and forms a confuser channel in front of the slot. Movable chambers are located one above the other and filled with ion-exchange granules: anionite in one and cationite in another. Chambers are equipped with branch pipes for supply and removal of regenerating solutions. Movable chambers can rotate from external drive with different speeds, and speeds are controlled by toroid variator.

EFFECT: high quality of cleaning, wider range of use and high efficiency of the process.
