FIELD: sugar production. SUBSTANCE: method consists of removing impurities by mechanical filtration with consequent ultrafiltering, next purification by means of anionites and cationites mixture, concentrating massecuite, fractionating massequite into crystals of granulated sugar, high wash and high green syrup. The high wash syrup is boiled down and high green syrup is purified preliminary by means of ultrafiltration and then with the help of ionite mixture and electrodialysis. After that the purified syrup is directed for boiling down. The solution is concentrated by reverse osmosis using membranes on the base of hydrophilic polymers and vacuum evaporation. The mixture of ionites and cationites is regenerated. Solution, produced by preliminary mixing concentrates of electrodialysis and ultrafiltration and after spent solution which is ultrafiltering with the use of membrane on base of hydrophilic or hydrophobic polymers, is used as regenerating solution.
