FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems facilitating start-up of engines operating at low temperatures, including in autonomous use of vehicles remote from permanent deployment areas. Autonomous ICE start-up preparation additional system (ASPAS) (Fig. 1) consists of pre-start heater series-connected in the circuit, circuit of operation of which is not included in the ICE cooling system of the following articles: pre-start liquid heater (13); heat carrier tank (11) with a control discharge valve performing the functions of maintenance and control in the ASPAS system (Fig. 1) required amount thereof; fuel tank (15) for operation of pre-start liquid heater (13) with control discharge valve performing the functions of maintenance and control in the system of ASPAS (Fig. 1) required amount thereof; or convector (5) (liquid) in engine pan for heat transfer from heat carrier (11) to heated medium (motor oil) (2) and/or convector (liquid) (7) in fuel tank, in close proximity to fuel intake, for heat transfer from heat carrier (11) to heated medium (diesel fuel) (8); pipelines for supply and removal of heat carrier (6 and 10) to/from convectors (or 5 and/or 7), connecting elements, fittings ensuring tight connection of system elements. Truncated ICE start-up preparation additional system (TSPAS) (Fig. 2) consists of the pre-start-up heater series-connected into the circuit, the circuit of operation of which is series-connected in the PIG, the following items: or convector (5) (liquid), placed in engine pan for heat transfer from heat carrier (11) to heated medium (engine oil) (2), and/or convector (7) (liquid), arranged in fuel tank, in close proximity to fuel intake, for heat transfer from heat carrier (11) to heated medium (diesel fuel) (8); pipelines for supply and removal of heat carrier (6 and 10) to/from convectors (or 5 and/or 7); connecting elements, fittings ensuring tight connection of system elements. Methods of heating engine oil or diesel fuel are considered.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced viscosity of oil (2) and high temperature of diesel fuel (8) in the area of fuel intake in fuel tank, higher efficiency of systems of prestart heaters.
